Clinical Assistant Professor in Information Systems-Cybersecurity

The University of Alabama in Huntsville

The College of Business at The University of Alabama in Huntsville invites applications for a full-time, renewable non-tenure track Clinical Assistant Professor in Information Systems. A PhD in Information System, Cybersecurity or a closely related discipline is required. A PhD from an AACSB accredited institution is preferred.

Candidates must have and maintain scholarly or professional activities sufficient to meet the college’s AACSB qualification standards to teach graduate and undergraduate Information Systems and Cybersecurity courses, which include but are not limited to introduction to cybersecurity, computer forensics, cybersecurity management and network security to support the college’s graduate and undergraduate programs in IS and Cybersecurity. Candidates will also have a commitment to excellence in graduate and undergraduate education. We prefer candidates with experience teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels, experience and evidence of an ability to build relationships with business or government agencies, and eligibility to hold U.S. security clearance.
